US President Biden🇺🇸 in a speech to UN today said he wants Russia’s war in Ukraine to end on “Fair Terms” but did not specify what that meant

It is unknown if by “Fair Terms” he meant all of Ukraine🇺🇦 is retaken including Crimea, or if a deal is made to split land to end the war
