This📽️shows it more clearly - 1st part a BMP-2 hit.
2nd part shows a Ural, ammo + AFV hidden under the machinery hit reportedly by M777 fire.

People there are patriotic and supported Ukraine retaking Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea.
