@naalsio26 Yes, as i said, i don't think it went according to plan, I think the Russians thought they had more time.

Russia struggled to maintain supplies on this front since the beginning. They had to rely on long bad roads from Kup'yans'k. This road came in to UA artillery rage some time during the summer. Just as RU started to be able to use the railways, Ukraine got HIMARS:

This is why we never saw them utilize the 40+ BTGs they had in the area at some point. I have covered the supply issue in Izium multiple times.

This is the result of 2 month of Ukraine attacking the Russian GLOC, they could simply not maintain this front anymore when Ukraine had the capability to hit everything west of the Oskil river with GMLRS.

The first noticeable attack by HIMARS was made in Izium on the HQ of the 20th CAA. They might have been very short of staff.

@VictorishB123 @UAWarNews I don't disagree with that. I think it will repeat all the way to the Russian border.

@KyivIndependent Here is a number of important questions🇺🇦
How many launchers will a system have? Each can have up to 12
Which cities will the 2 NASAMS Systems be placed?
What NASAMS System is Ukraine getting NASAMS 2 or NASAMS 3?
Which NASAMS ammunition are they getting and the amount of it?

@RomanObens @KyivIndependent Not Kharkiv first because it’s in 30km artillery range. The most important city to put NASAMS is Dnipro City in the center of Ukraine it has 5 Bridges across the Dnipro, Dnipro region has +8 HIMARS, and it has an important rocket building facility?🇺🇦
Then Kyiv, Odesa, or Kharkiv

@KeKihlstrom @KyivIndependent Dnipro is very important because it’s a city with 1 million people, it’s an important central city in the war, has the largest rocket building facility in 🇺🇦, has 5 bridges crossing the Dnipro, the region has +8 HIMARS, it’s near 2 fronts, and has important railways and airports.

RT @DefenceU: In the past week, the #UAarmy received thousands of tons of ammunition as a gift from the Armed Forces of 🇷🇺 Please note that we do not accept gifts from murderers, torturers, looters, or rapists. @LifeNyr Yes since USA said they will deliver 2 NASAMS Systems within 2 months I think the best places for them to go is Dnipro then Odesa, also Kharkiv.

@finntrasan @LifeNyr Mykolaiv is smaller by population than Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and Kyiv. It’s important to at least put one NASAMS in the most important central city and logistical hub which is Dnipro. Mykolaiv is still in shelling range of 25km and Ukraine is only getting 2 systems by November.
