Critically analyse the historical evolution of Vande Mataram from its literary origins to its adoption in the national movement and the subsequent decisions of the Congress and the Constituent Assembly. (250 words)

वन्दे मातरम् की ऐतिहासिक यात्रा का उसके साहित्यिक उद्भव से लेकर राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन में उसके उपयोग, तथा बाद में कांग्रेस और संविधान सभा द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों के संदर्भ में आलोचनात्मक विश्लेषण कीजिए।
