As many of you know, I have been absent from our online community since early 2018.
Although, I have been aware of your concerns, I chose for a period of time to withdraw, but I am now in a position to respond to those concerns.
I am now able to provide you with some clarity of past events, for further accountability and to create a clear picture of where we are heading.
This information is as follows.
In 2015, when I first commenced with the development of CoinXion, I started creating the software specifications with myself and my lead development programmer.
At the end of 2015, we introduced a third person, which was Daniel Spiteri, to contribute ideas from a younger person’s perspective, which came from his many years of experience in online gaming, and long term interest in computer technology.
Early 2016, we successfully raised the required funds for the development of the project, via crowd funding.
During 2016, as the CEO of CoinXion, I was leading the development work with our head programmer, one on one, whilst Daniel was developing his knowledge of blockchain technology.
By the end of 2017, the vision for the future of CoinXion became divided, stemming from a difference in core values.
The beginning of 2018, it was apparent that the project was going in two different directions, one of which was not in line with the original concept.
As much as I tried to bring it back to the original vision, it became clear that for the sake of the project, and for my own personal wellbeing, I should let go for a period of time.
After some time of isolation, it was time to step up and recommence my work.
I was also, approached by two major shareholders of CoinXion to complete the project with their full support and a new programming team.
Starting with the rebranding of the original, CoinXion.
The new name for our platform is Primereum.
Now that we are at an advanced stage of the development, we are ready to announce that Primereum, is almost complete.
Primereum is the 1st Ecommerce platform dedicated solely for Crypto Currencies, making a better economy for the future.
When Primereum goes LIVE, we will be accepting more than 30 Crypto Currencies in the fuel store.
We will also be swapping 2 crypto currencies for our Primereum Fuel Coin (PRMF)
GCR coin will be swapped 1 GCR to 1 PRMF.
GCCH token will be swapped 1 GCCH to 10 PRMF.
The PRMF coin is anchored to the value of 1 gram of gold.
The Primereum platform is based on the fiat currency Chinese Yuan (CYN)
The coin swap period, will commence from the date that Primereum is LIVE, to the public and will expire 12 months after the LIVE date.
The LIVE dates will be announced in due course.
The Primereum team want people to have plenty of time to continue minting GCR coins over the 12 month period, and to also have the freedom to choose other options if they are available, where they may be able to benefit from the value of the GCR coin on other exchanges or platforms.
