🔔 India's Crypto Tax Law Passed In Parliament !
The Finance Bill 2022 Of India is passed today in Parliament which included India's crypto tax law. The law includes:
1️⃣ 30% tax on Crypto profit (from 1 Apr '22)
2️⃣ 1% TDS on every trade/transaction (from 1 Jul '22)
3️⃣ No Deductions
4️⃣ No Loss setoff
5⃣ Can't carry forward loss from one asset to other asset.
