The THORchain team has alerted users that nodes have been asked to remove all BNB Beacon Chain pools from THORChain. Users are advised to withdraw LP or Savers position immediately. Beacon Chain LPs with addresses that start with 0x require no action.

The team added that the Ragnarok update "has been successfully tested on Stagenet, but the process is best effort. There is no guarantee of success when forcibly returning funds to users. Users need to withdraw before the Ragnarok starts to guarantee successful return of their funds."

Users who wish to receive support when withdrawing an LP should open a support ticket on the corresponding interface's support channel.
THORChain developers are planning to decommission BNB Beacon Chain and BEP-2 assets from the network, following the BNB Chain announcement regarding the upcoming retirement of the BNB Beacon Chain. User Interfaces (UIs), nodes, and Liquidity Providers (LPs) are asked to "assist in spreading the word that LPs/savers should begin withdrawing the following assets from THORChain":

BNB.BTCB-1DE
BNB.BUSD-BD1
BNB.TWT-8C2
BNB.ETH-1C9

UIs are advised to disable new deposits of these assets while still permitting withdrawals. Starting Feb. 29, 2024, THORChain will initiate the Ragnarok process, aiming to return all remaining assets in BNB pools to their respective LPs. This process is described as a "best-effort" attempt and not guaranteed, emphasizing the importance for LPs to withdraw their assets proactively within the next month. Following this process, the integration with these BEP2 assets will be permanently removed from the network, and any assets left will be considered abandoned.
