— Lead paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google Search, and Instagram to acquire new users;
— Plan and execute native ad campaigns and run-of-the-site banner ad campaigns on crypto inventory platforms like Coinzilla and faucet sites to expand reach and engage with targeted audiences;
— Develop audience targeting strategies and segmentation techniques;
— Manage advertising budgets effectively;
— Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging;
— Implement A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve conversion rates;
— Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders;
— Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy for Web 3.0 products;
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business objectives;
— Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and guidelines in the crypto and fintech industries.

◻️We expect from you:
— 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and user acquisition;
— Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools;
— Experience with Web 3.0 technologies, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets preferred;
— Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
