3 мая 2024 хакер выманил у пользователя 1155 WBTC и обменял их на Ethereum.
Криптовалютная биржа Cryptex и компания Match Systems (кибербезопасность в сфере блокчейна) приняли участие в переговорах о возврате средств и усилили сторону потерпевшего.
В результате переговоров и слаженных действий со стороны сервисов, хакеру и жертве удалось договориться ― все монеты ETH были переданы жертве.
Уважаемые пользователи, хотим отдельно напомнить про данную мошенническую схему. Хакер похитил средства с помощью спам-транзакций (address poisoning). Ее суть заключается в том, что злоумышленник присылает жертве мелкие переводы с похожих адресов вслед за успешной транзакцией. Некоторые криптокошельки не отображают счет полностью, поэтому велика вероятность того, что владелец ошибется, переслав деньги мошеннику. Внимательно проверяйте адрес перед отправкой каждой транзакции.
