Dear valued Creators,
After extensive deliberation among team members, we would like to announce that the team has decided to indefinitely cease token distribution to all Staking pools, including both Creator and KoiStarter.
The suspension will be implemented within the next 24 hours.
This decision was taken after observing the price movement of CTR as well as engaging community opinions; we believe this is the most appropriate route to end CTR inflation in the market at the present.
Distributing rewards to staking pools is only effective when the team obtains consistent community trust. The model's initial concept is to reward true holders who have persistently supported the project at all times. However, along with market instability, we recognize that it can be a double-edged sword hurting the interests of CTR holders and it is a must to do something to protect all CTR supporters.
By suspending token distribution, CTR holders can rest assured that there will be no massive token releases due to staking reward distribution.
We also want to emphasize that this action is meant to address the issue in the context of a downtrending market. We will make flexible adjustments later on based on market conditions and community feedback.
