“An activist has become the first person to be fined for defying a climbing ban on a sacred indigenous site.

Marc Hendrickx climbed the Wollumbin-Mount Warning summit trail near Murwillumbah in northern NSW on April 13 despite the track being closed to the public since 2020.

He received a $300 fine for the stunt on Friday.

Mount Warning was 'temporarily' closed to the public in early 2020 but remains closed to this day and hikers fear it will become 'the next Uluru'.

The Wollumbin Consultative Group has been fighting for the mountain to stay permanently closed to all but a select group of Indigenous male members.

Despite this Mr Hendrickx proudly shared photos of his group holding signs at the summit advocating that it should be reopened.

He said the 'intimidation' of a fine being express posted to him would not stop a his attending a planned protest at the base of Mount Warning celebrating the 95th anniversary of the declaration of the site as a national park on Friday.”

If the Intelligence Agencies are worried about social cohesion maybe they should start locking up politicians and judges who shut non-indigenous people out of National Parks.

The Aboriginals didn’t build Mt Warning or numerous other nature sites they are claiming ownership of.

Mother Nature belongs to all of us, not just the privileged few.

“The death of a woman in her 20s after she received a Covid-19 vaccine could progress to a full coronial inquest.

At a mention hearing in court on Wednesday, Moderna Australia lawyer Jesse Rudd said an expert they had been working with required further medical information.

Lawyers for Ms Boyce’s family opposed Moderna’s request on the grounds the doctor saw the young woman for lupus four years before she died.

“The significance of lupus is addressed in all the reports,” Mr Rudd said.

Ms Fitzgerald allowed Moderna’s request but said she would be reluctant to chase further such material going forward, telling lawyers “these sorts of requests will be scrutinised”.

“There’s lots of paper,” the coroner said of the mounting material filed for the case.

Ms Fitzgerald was hesitant to obtain more information and reports “when we already have so many materials”, describing the situation as “chasing the rabbit down this hole”.”

So Moderna are trying to associate Natalie’s death on the fact she was examined for Lupus four years before she was killed by the Health authorities.

Whether she had a Lupus condition is beside the point. There was no exemptions for Lupus or any other condition.

None of the drug companies ever tested for Lupus nor was there a black label warning about Lupus or any other condition.

This is just the usual behaviour of a corporate trying to drag out proceedings to bleed the victim’s grieving mother dry of money.

Pharmaceutical companies have no shame.

Long story short, scientists can’t explain how CO2 can transfer significant amounts of heat to the rest of atmosphere because it doesn’t in fact do that. The greenhouse gas effect is a lie.

“Highest ever"?

Must be "global warming" and it must be our fault.

However, the weather station at Yampi Sound was only installed in 2019. So we have no idea what the temperature was at this location for any year before then.

But if we look at somewhere nearby with long term data - Marble Bar - today's top temperature was 34.7°C - substantially short of its August record of 37.2°C back in 1954.

In fact Marble Bar recorded the same temperature today (in what is publicised as the day with highest ever WA winter temperatures) as it did back on the 25th August 1902.

I wonder what the temperature at Yampi Sound was back in 1902 ?

It’s worth noting that the sun emitted a mid level solar flare on the 24th August 2024 which will help contribute to the warmer weather.

Here is the full version of my reply to Senator Tim Ayres diatribe against people wanting an investigation in the government handling of COVID.

You know the one where he called us conspiracy theorists 22 times in one speech.

It’s worth nothing that under the prior government, when Labor was in opposition, a Select Committee on Covid led by Katy Gallagher called for a Royal Commission into Covid.

So it’s complete hypocrisy for them to now abuse people who do want one.

Personally I’d prefer a Senate Inquiry as I don’t trust the Judges or Albanese to set one up with a broad enough terms of reference.

Either way the people deserve a voice and greater transparency over what caused and still is causing a great deal of hardship.

They also want to see officials who caused unnecessary hardship held accountable.

If you search for the word fibrinogen in the TGA FOI documents 2389-3 and 2389-6 you will see that the jab increased the levels of fibrinogen in the blood.

And guess what soluble fibrinogen breaks down into? You guessed it - insoluble fibrin!

So to blame elevated levels of fibrin on Covid whilst ignoring the testing that showed the jab increased the levels of fibrinogen is just misleading.

As much as the authorities might try to gaslight, unfortunately they released too much information early on to cover up their tracks.
