π Welcome to CosmoRide!
CosmoRide is an educational program that connects Russian language learning, space, and intercultural communication.
We believe that language is easier and much more exciting to learn when it has a real context. Thatβs why we are creating a program where students can explore Russian through space-related topics, missions, teamwork, and culture.
Here, weβll share our journey, mini Russian lessons, behind-the-scenes updates, and ideas about why communication matters in the future of space.

Why CosmoRide matters? We need more than rockets and rovers in space. We also need writers, educators and linguists. Technologies can fly to the Moon or Mars. But only humans can build trust, tell stories, and truly listen across cultures.Thatβs where CosmoRide comes in.
Our educational program gives Russian teachers of English international teaching experience, and gives U.S. engineering and aerospace students the Russian they will actually use in careers at NASA, ESA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, and the international space community. CosmoRide connects russian language learning, aerospace context, intercultural communication and teamwork.

Meet the team behind CosmoRide
We are three Russian educators, exchange alumni (YEAR and Fulbright) and language lovers who believe that understanding each other is the most important skill. We are three women from different cities in Russia: Cheboksary, Samara and Belgorod. We've lived, studied, and taught on both sides of the ocean. And now we want to share what we've learned with you. One our shared belief that language connects people, even across space.
Let's start the ride with us!
