Students who are interested in sitting for the Outstanding Student Scholarship Examination for 10th Batch Training Course may submit their registrations in accordance with the requirements specified in the poster below. Registrations will be accepted from the date of this announcement until 6 March 2026 by 17:30.
Candidates who successfully obtain the Outstanding Student Scholarship will be entitled to enroll in the 10th Batch Training Course free of charge. Please note that the training course has a minimum duration of 10 months and covers various topics related to the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure.
The scholarship examination will be conducted in two stages. It will begin with a written examination, from which the top 30 candidates with the highest scores will be selected to proceed to the oral examination. To be awarded the Outstanding Student Scholarship, candidates must fulfill two conditions: (1) obtain a minimum overall score of 70% (written and oral examinations combined), and (2) rank among the top 15 candidates with the highest total scores.

This reflects the commitment of Contribution of Law (CL) to modernize its curriculum so that it aligns with the context of digital education.
To achieve the goal of an inclusive and updated curriculum, CL will organize a forum on CL's Curriculum Modernization. The forum aims to present CL’s new curriculum and open space for discussion, as well as to gather feedback as input for the curriculum update. It will also provide additional updated information about CL’s curriculum to law students, legal practitioners, and legal professionals.

Starting from a small seminar to a group of students, Contribution of Law has embarked on a journey of training and capacity-building for 11 years, creating a movement of knowledge sharing, a movement of learning and exchange, and a spirit of innovation.
For 4,018 days, CL has not only been a knowledge-sharing program, but also a community that brings together legal professionals to learn and grow together. Year after year, CL has continuously developed its curriculum—making it broader, more detailed, and clearer—with the goal of delivering knowledge effectively and with high quality.
In 2024, we initiated a project to write a book on succession law—an innovative and diverse contribution to the legal field. This project is still ongoing.
In 2025, we organized an unprecedented legal competition: "Women Legal Contest– Season 2", a program aimed at empowering, motivating, and encouraging female law students to develop courage, competence, responsibility, and their full potential as women.
In 2026, we will organize a forum on "CL's Curriculum Modernization", a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas, and gathering feedback from participants. This will serve as valuable input for further improving CL’s curriculum, in line with our slogan: A Modernized Curriculum and Qualified Trainers: Driving the Utmost Potential of CL’s Knowledge-Sharing Mission.
Today is not merely a celebration of our 11th Anniversary, but a reflection on 11 years of perseverance, 11 years of vision, and 11 years of value creation for society.

Starting from a small seminar to a group of students, Contribution of Law has embarked on a journey of training and capacity-building for 11 years, creating a movement of knowledge sharing, a movement of learning and exchange, and a spirit of innovation.
For 4,018 days, CL has not only been a knowledge-sharing program, but also a community that brings together legal professionals to learn and grow together. Year after year, CL has continuously developed its curriculum—making it broader, more detailed, and clearer—with the goal of delivering knowledge effectively and with high quality.
In 2024, we initiated a project to write a book on succession law—an innovative and diverse contribution to the legal field. This project is still ongoing.
In 2025, we organized an unprecedented legal competition: "Women Legal Contest– Season 2", a program aimed at empowering, motivating, and encouraging female law students to develop courage, competence, responsibility, and their full potential as women.
In 2026, we will organize a forum on "CL's Curriculum Modernization", a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas, and gathering feedback from participants. This will serve as valuable input for further improving CL’s curriculum, in line with our slogan: A Modernized Curriculum and Qualified Trainers: Driving the Utmost Potential of CL’s Knowledge-Sharing Mission.
Today is not merely a celebration of our 11th Anniversary, but a reflection on 11 years of perseverance, 11 years of vision, and 11 years of value creation for society.

Registration Open for the Civil Procedure Course of the 10th Batch Training Course

Civil litigation procedure is the legal process through which the rights of the parties are judicially determined. It is divided into first-instance proceedings and appellate proceedings before higher courts. As part of the 10th Batch Training Course of Contribution of Law, students will receive comprehensive training on first instance civil proceedings, covering the litigation process before the Court of First Instance, from the filing of a complaint through to the delivery of the judgment.
This 80-hour training course is designed to enhance students' knowledge in the following areas:
1. Introduction to the Code of Civil Procedure
2. Complaint, Statement of Defence, and Preparatory Briefs
3. Counterclaim
4. Preparatory Proceedings for Oral Arguments
5. Oral Arguments
6. Judgment
This course will be conducted as part of the 10th Batch Training Course, with students studying alongside members of the course. Classes will be held on Saturdays and/or Sundays according to a schedule that will be announced in advance.

Seminar on dissemination of "Divorce" Textbook

The "Divorce" textbook was prepared through the cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). It is intended to serve as a key reference material for the initial training program of the Royal Academy for Judges and Prosecutors under the Royal Academy of Justice of Cambodia.
The textbook explains the legal aspects of divorce, covering both substantive law and procedural law. It also provides in-depth interpretations of relevant legal provisions together with case studies. Having the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of this new publication through presentations delivered directly by the members of the drafting committee is something every legal professional would value.
Contribution of Law is greatly honored to have received permission from the Ministry of Justice to organize a seminar introducing the "Divorce" textbook for law students, lawyers, and other legal professionals. The seminar will be presided over by H.E. KENG Somarith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and Chairperson of the Technical Working Group (TWG) for implementing the Action Plan and Activity Schedule of Phase VI of the Legal and Judicial Development Project with Mr. LOR Krem, judge of Phnom Penh Municipal Court, as the speaker.
