የከተማው ዘመናዊ የትራፊክ መቆጣጠሪያ ማዕከል ግንባታ በይፋ ተጀመረ፡፡

ይህ ዘመናዊ ማዕከል የከተማዋን አጠቃላይ የትራፊክ ፍሰት ከአንድ ማዕከል ለመቆጣጠር የሚረዱ መረጃዎች የሚሰበሰቡበትና የሚተነተኑበት ሲሆን ማዕከሉ የሚገነባው ከምድር በታች 4 ፎቆች ወደታች እንደሚኖሩት ተገልፇል፡፡

የማዕከሉ ግንባታ በ 835 ብር ጠቅላላ ወጪ የሚከናወን ሲሆን ግንባታውን የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ በባለቤትነት የሚያስተዳድረው ሆኖ የቻይናው CCCC የተባለው ተቋራጭ እንደሚሰራው ታውቋል፡፡

1ኛ. ቆሼ- ሚጦ- ወራቤ የዲዛይንና ግንባታ መንገድ ስራ ፕሮጀክት

ይህ መንገድ ጠቅላላ 72.91 ኪ.ሜ. ርዝመት ኖሮት በአስፋልት ደረጃ የሚገነባ ሲሆን፤
የመንገዱን ግንባታ በብር : 1,850,695,155.03

2ኛ. ጋምቤላ - አቦቦ - ጎግ - ዲማ. ሎት II፡ ፑንጊዶ-ጎግ-ጊሎ ወንዝ ዲዛይንና ግንባታ መንገድ

ይህ መንገድ ጠቅላላ 72 ኪ.ሜ. ርዝመት ኖሮት በአስፋልት ደረጃ የሚገነባ ሲሆን፤
የመንገዱን ግንባታ በብር 1,342,000,000.00

3ኛ. የግሸን መገንጠያ ዲዛይንና ግንባታ መንገድ

ይህ መንገድ ጠቅላላ 14 ኪሜ ዋና መንገድ፣ 1.56 ኪሜ አገናኝ መንገድና 1.8 ኪሜ ከዋናዉ መንገድ የሚገነጥል መንገድ (spur road) ርዝመት ኖሮት በአስፋልት ደረጃ የሚገነባ ሲሆን፤ በተጨማሪም መንገዱ በጠቅላላ 131ሺ ሰኩየር ስፋት ያላቸዉ 4 የመኪና ማቆሚያ ሎቶች(ስፍረዎች) ይኖሩታል።
በአማካኝ የመንገድ ትክሻ ፣ የእግረኛ መንገድና የመኪና ማቆሚያ ጨምሮ ከ12.5ሜ – 18 ሜ ስፋት ይኖረዋል፡፡

የመንገዱ ግንባታ በብር 1,316,700,000.00 constructor; ኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ሥራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን የተባለ ሃገር በቀል ስራ ተቋራጭ ሲሆን ግንባታው በሁለት ዓመት ተኩል የሚጠናቀቅ ይሆናል።

4ኛ. ጎንጂ- ቆለላ (ቆሬ - አዲስአለም) መንገድ ስራ ፕሮጀክት

ይህ መንገድ ጠቅላላ 10.74 ኪ.ሜ. ርዝመት ኖሮት በአስፋልት ደረጃ የሚገነባ ሲሆን፤
የመንገዱ ግንባታ በብር 333,027,799.74 contractor : የአማራ መንገድ ስራዎች ኢንተርፕራይዝ

The FIDIC RED BOOK (Construction)
is a contract form where the design is made by the Employer and the Contractor is paid on a measurement basis. Thus the Red Book follows the traditional procurement route of Design, Bid and Build. The Accepted Contract Amount is based on estimated quantities. The Contractor is paid for the actual quantities of work he carried out.
The FIDIC YELLOW BOOK (Plant) is a contract form where the design is
carried out by the Contractor who shall be paid on lump sum basis. It is considered to be a well balanced contract form holding a fair balance between the interests of both parties to the contract.
The FIDIC SILVER BOOK (Turnkey) is a contract form where the design is
carried out by the Contractor who shall be paid on a lump sum basis. The SILVER BOOK is envisaged for EPC/Turnkey projects and allocates most of the common risk to the Contractor. It is not intended for use where major unidentified risks are presumed or expected.
The FIDIC GREEN BOOK (Short Form) is intended for relatively small projects or works of a repetitive nature or short duration. The works are to be carried out according to the design provided by the Employer. FIDIC’s Guidelines suggest that USD 500,000 and 6 months should be regarded as reasonable limits on the capital value and duration respectively.
The FIDIC Design, Build and Operate form (also referred to as the Gold Book) is a design and build contract form to which an operation and maintenance period has been added. This form joins the series of contract forms published by FIDIC since 1999 and was first presented at the FIDIC Annual Conference in Singapore in 2007.

Depending on the contract form used, the FIDIC Books comprise the following
services:
1. Step: Pre-tender duties such as scrutiny of Employer’s documents and requirements site surveys and visits
2. Step: Pre-contract design
3. Step: Final design
4. Step: Completion of the works
5. Step: Remedy of defects
6. Post contractual liabilities
7. Operation an Maintenance Services
