ከመስከረም 28 አስከ ጥቅምት 1 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም. ድረስ ለተከታታይ አራት ቀናት የሚቆየው አዲስ ቢውልድ ዓለም አቀፍ የኮንስትራክሽን ግብዓቶችና መሰረተ ልማት ኤግዚቢሽን በሚሊኒየም አዳራሽ በይፋ ዛሬ ተከፍቷል፡፡
ኤግዚቢሽኑን በክብር እንግድነት ተገኝተው በንግግር የከፈቱት የከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር የኮንስትራክሽን ዘርፍ ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ አቶ ካሊድ አብዱራሃም ሲሆኑ መድረኩን አስመልክተው የኤግዚቢሽኑ መዘጋጀት ለውጭና ለሃገር ውስጥ የዘርፉ ተዋንያኖችና ለሌሎች በሞያው ላይ ለተሰማሩ አካላት ለቴክኖሎጂና ለእውቀት ሽግግር፣ለስራ እድል ፈጠራ፣ ለገበያ ትስስር እና የስራ ግንኙነት የሚፈጥር መድረክ መሆኑን አብስረዋል፡፡ ኤግዚቢሽኑ በኢተዮጵያ የኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ረገድ በሃገራችን የኮንስትራክሽን ጉዞ ላይ ከግብዓት አቅርቦት አንጻር ሰፊ የልምድ ልውውጥ መድረክ እንደሚፈጥርም ዴኤታው አክለዋል፡፡
ሌላው በመክፈቻ ንግግሩ ላይ በክብር እንግድነት ላይ ተገኝተው መልዕክት ያስተላለፉት በኢትዮጵያ የቱርክ አምባሳደር የሆኑት ያፕራክ አልፕ/Yaprak alp/ በበኩላቸው ኢትዮጵያ በአሁኑ ዘርፍ ፈጣን የኢኮኖሚ ዕድገት እያስመዘገቡ ከሚገኙት ሃገራት ተርታ የምትገኝ ሲሆን በኮንስትራክሽን ኢንዱስትሪ ዘርፉም የተሻለ እንቅስቃሴ እያሳየች ትገኛለች ብለዋል፡፡ በዘንድሮው ኤግዚቢሽንም 97 ያህል ኩባንያዎች የተሳተፉ መሆናቸውንና ከዚህ ውስጥም 18ቱ የሃገር ውስጥ ኩባንያዎች ሲሆኑ የተቀሩት 79ኙ ደግሞ የውጭ አገር ኩባንያዎች መሆናቸውን የኢቲየል ማስታወቂና ኮሙዩኒኬሽን ሥራ አስኪያጅ የሆኑት ወ/ሮ ሃይማኖት ተስፋዬ ለጋዜጠኞች በሰጡት ቃለ ምልልስ ተናግረዋል፡፡በመክፈቻ ስነ-ስርዓቱ ላይም የተለያዩ ሀገራት አምባሳደሮች እና የመንግስት ከፍተኛ የስራ ኃላፊዎች እንዲሁም ጥሪ የተደረገላቸው አንግዶች ተሳታፊ ሆነዋል፡፡

Defense Construction Enterprise hereby invites all interested suppliers to submit their bid for the procurement of supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of Real time web-based GPS fleet management system as per the terms of reference and as per the attached tender document.

Therefore:-

1. All bidders must attach renewed commercial License bidders must attach V.A.T certificate Tax clearance and other relevant legal documents with their bid document.

2. All bidders shall submit a bid bond guarantee amounting to birr 50,000/fifty thousand /or equivalent in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.

3. A complete set of bidding documents and machines specification can be obtained from procurement team office found /Ethio-China Friendship Avenue/against Non-Refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundreds) in cash.

4. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelope on/or before Oct. 29, 2019.

5. Bid will be closed on Oct. 29 ,2019 at 10:00 A.M (Morning) and bid will be opened on the same date Oct. 29,2019 at 10:15 A.M (Morning) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend the opening ceremony that will be held at DCE procurement office.

የጅግጅጋ ሀረሙከሌ መገንጠያ መንገድ የአስፋልት ኮንክሪት 104 ኪሎ ሜትር የሚረዝም ሲሆን ሙሉ ለሙሉ የግንባታው ወጪ በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የሚሸፈን ነዉ።

ግንባታው በቻይና ሲቪል ኢንጅነሪንግ ኮንስትራክሽን ኮረፖሬሽን የሚከናወን ሲሆን የማማከርና የቁጥጥር ስራዉን ኤስ.ጂ ኮንሰልቲንግ ኢንጅነርስ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ እንደሚያከናውነው የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች ባለስልጣን አስታውቋል፡፡

የመንገዱ ፕሮጀክት በከተማ 22 ነጥብ 5 ሜትር እና በገጠር 10 ሜትር የጎን ስፋት ይኖረዋል፡፡

አጠቃላይ ግንባታዉም በሶስት ዓመት ዉስጥ ተጠናቆ ለህዝብ አገልግሎት መስጠት እንደሚጀምር ይጠበቃል፡፡

በነባሩ መንገድ ከመሃል ጅግጅጋ እስከ ሃረሙከሌ መገንጠያ (ድሬዳዋ ደወሌ የክፍያ) መንገድ ለመድርስ 202 ኪሎ ሜትር ነው፡፡

አዲሱ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት ሲጠናቅ ግን ከ202 ኪሎ ሜትር ወደ 104 ኪሎ ሜትር ዝቅ እንደሚለው ነው የሚጠበቀው፡፡
