ባለስልጣኑ የፑሽኪን አደባባይ ጎፋ ማዞሪያ -ጎተራ ማሳለጫ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት ግንባታን ሊያስጀምር ነው
አዲስ አበባ፡- መስከረም 19/2012 ዓ.ም፡- የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መንገዶች ባለስልጣን የፑሽኪን አደባባይ ጎፋ ማዞሪያ -ጎተራ ማሳለጫ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት ግንባታ መስከረም 20 ቀን 2012 ዓ.ም በይፋ ሊያስጀመር ነው::
በግንባታ ማስጀመሪያ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ የከተማዋ ምክትል ከንቲባ ኢንጅነር ታከለ ኡማን ጨምሮ ሌሎች ከፍተኛ ኃላፊዎች፣ የባለስልጣኑ አመራሮች፣ የተለያዩ ባለድርሻ አካላት፣ የአካባቢው ህብረተሰብና የስራ ተቋራጮች ይገኛሉ፡፡
በኢትዮጵያ በዓይነቱ ልዩ የሆነው የፑሽኪን አደባባይ ጎፋ ማዞሪያ ጎተራ ማሳለጫ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት 3.8 ኪ.ሜ ርዝመትና ከ30-45 ሜትር የሚሆን የጎን ስፋት ይኖረዋል፡፡ የዚህን የመንገድ ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ቻይና ፈርስት ሀይ ዌይ ኢንጂነሪንግ የተባለ የስራ ተቋራጭ ይገነባዋል፡፡
የግንባታ ቁጥጥሩንና የማማከር ስራውን ደግሞ ቤስት አማካሪ ድርጅት የሚያከናውነው ሲሆን ለግንባታ ወጪውም ከቻይና መንግስት በተገኘ ብድር ከ1.5 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ተመድቦለታል፡፡
ይህን የመንገድ ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ለማጠናቀቅ የዲዛይን ስራውን ጨምሮ ሁለት ዓመት ከ 6 ወራት ተይዞለታል፡፡
ይህ ዘመናዊ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት በሁለት በኩል 320 ሜትር ርዝመት ያለው ዋሻ(Tunnel) እና ተጨማሪ የፈጣን አውቶቢስ መተላለፊያ መስመር (Bus Rapid Transit)፣ ከስርና ከላይ መተላለፍ የሚያስችሉ ሁለት ትላልቅ ማሳለጫዎችም የሚኖሩት ይሆናል፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መንገዶች ባለስልጣን የዚህን የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት የግንባታ ውል ሀምሌ 11 ቀን 2011 ዓ.ም ከስራ ተቋራጩ ጋር መፈራረሙ የሚታወስ ሲሆን አሁን ላይ የወሰን ማስከበር ስራውም ከ85 በመቶ በላይ ተጠናቋል፡፡
በርካታ የወሰን ማስከበር ስራዎች በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ መጠናቀቅ መቻላቸው የመንገድ ፕሮጀክቱ ግንባታ በተያዘለት የጊዜ ገደብ እንዲጠናቀቅ ያስችለዋል፡፡
በቀጣይም ከመንገዱ ግንባታ ጎን ለጎን የቴሌ እና የመብራት ሀይል ምሰስዎችን ጨምሮ ቀሪዎቹን የወሰን ማስከበር ስራዎች ከሚመለከታቸው የባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር በመተባበር በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ የማንሳቱ ስራ ተጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል፡፡
የመንገድ ፕሮጀክቱ ግንባታ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ሲጠናቀቅም ከቂርቆስ፣ ከጎተራ፣ ከጎፋ፣ ከሳር ቤት፣ ከሜክሲኮ እና ከቄራ የሚመጡ ተሸከርካሪዎችን ከማሳለጡም ባሻገር ለአካባቢውና አጠቃላይ ለከተማዋ የተለየ ገፅታን ያላብሳል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል፡፡

Defense Construction Enterprise hereby invites all interested suppliers to submit their bid for the procurement of supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of Real time web-based GPS fleet management system as per the terms of reference and as per the attached tender document.
Therefore:-
1. All bidders must attach renewed commercial License bidders must attach V.A.T certificate Tax clearance and other relevant legal documents with their bid document.
2. All bidders shall submit a bid bond guarantee amounting to birr 50,000/fifty thousand /or equivalent in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
3. A complete set of bidding documents and machines specification can be obtained from procurement team office found /Ethio-China Friendship Avenue/against Non-Refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundreds) in cash.
4. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelope on/or before Oct. 29, 2019.
5. Bid will be closed on Oct. 29 ,2019 at 10:00 A.M (Morning) and bid will be opened on the same date Oct. 29,2019 at 10:15 A.M (Morning) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend the opening ceremony that will be held at DCE procurement office.

Bid Invitation for
Tender No.DCE/EM/255/2019
Defense Construction Enterprise hereby invites all interested suppliers to submit their bid for the procurement of supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of Real time web-based GPS fleet management system as per the terms of reference and as per the attached tender document.
Therefore:-
1. All bidders must attach renewed commercial License bidders must attach V.A.T certificate Tax clearance and other relevant legal documents with their bid document.
2. All bidders shall submit a bid bond guarantee amounting to birr 50,000/fifty thousand /or equivalent in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
3. A complete set of bidding documents and machines specification can be obtained from procurement team office found /Ethio-China Friendship Avenue/against Non-Refundable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundreds) in cash.
4. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelope on/or before Oct. 29, 2019.
5. Bid will be closed on Oct. 29 ,2019 at 10:00 A.M (Morning) and bid will be opened on the same date Oct. 29,2019 at 10:15 A.M (Morning) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who choose to attend the opening ceremony that will be held at DCE procurement office.
6. DCE reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or waives formalities without assigning any reasons thereof.

የሶማሌ ክልል ምክትል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ ሙስጠፌ መሀመድ ዑመር በ1 ነጥብ 5 ቢሊየን ብር የሚገነባውን የጀግጅጋ- ሀርሞካሌ የመንገድ ግንባታ አስጀመሩ፡፡
የጅግጅጋ ሀረሙከሌ መገንጠያ መንገድ የአስፋልት ኮንክሪት 104 ኪሎ ሜትር የሚረዝም ሲሆን ሙሉ ለሙሉ የግንባታው ወጪ በኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የሚሸፈን ነዉ።
ግንባታው በቻይና ሲቪል ኢንጅነሪንግ ኮንስትራክሽን ኮረፖሬሽን የሚከናወን ሲሆን የማማከርና የቁጥጥር ስራዉን ኤስ.ጂ ኮንሰልቲንግ ኢንጅነርስ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ እንደሚያከናውነው የኢትዮጵያ መንገዶች ባለስልጣን አስታውቋል፡፡
የመንገዱ ፕሮጀክት በከተማ 22 ነጥብ 5 ሜትር እና በገጠር 10 ሜትር የጎን ስፋት ይኖረዋል፡፡
አጠቃላይ ግንባታዉም በሶስት ዓመት ዉስጥ ተጠናቆ ለህዝብ አገልግሎት መስጠት እንደሚጀምር ይጠበቃል፡፡
በነባሩ መንገድ ከመሃል ጅግጅጋ እስከ ሃረሙከሌ መገንጠያ (ድሬዳዋ ደወሌ የክፍያ) መንገድ ለመድርስ 202 ኪሎ ሜትር ነው፡፡
አዲሱ የመንገድ ፕሮጀክት ሲጠናቅ ግን ከ202 ኪሎ ሜትር ወደ 104 ኪሎ ሜትር ዝቅ እንደሚለው ነው የሚጠበቀው፡፡
