☀️SOMMERPAUSE☀️ weiter am 21.9.

Wir machen gerade Sommerpause und haben wieder im September ganz viel Lust aufs Tanzen.
Am 21.09. erwartet euch ein neues Format:
Wir fangen an mit einer Klasse zu Contact Impro Basics. Besonders für Menschen, die neu zu CI sind oder die ein paar Basics auffrischen wollen. Alle Übungen und Spiele werden so zugänglich wie möglich gestaltet. D.h. es gibt viele Gelegenheiten zum reinspüren, mal zuschauen, modifizieren und ausprobieren. Kommunizieren, das Hören und Aussprechen von verbalen und non-verbalen JAs und NEINs ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Klasse.

Die Klasse geht von 17:00 -18:00 Uhr (Ankommen ab 16:45).
Ab 18:00 Uhr gibt es eine Jam, d.h. offenes Tanzen bis 20:00. Wenn ihr schonmal bei einer Consent CI Jam wart, könnt ihr dazu kommen (und auch zu spät kommen).

Wenn ihr möchtet, dass alle Teilnehmenden auf Corona getestet sind, schreibt uns an. Wir bringen für den Fall genug Tests mit.

- Workshop für Leute, die Wert auf Konsens und Kommunikation legen.
- Contact-Impro-Techniken kennenlernen und in der anschließenden Jam direkt ausprobieren.

Ihr könnt auch nur zur Jam kommen, wenn ihr bereits Contact-Impro und Consent kennt.

Wieder mit kleinen Übungen zum gemeinsamen forschen: Wie finde ich mein ja und mein nein im Tanz? Wir laden ein zum Bewegen und in Kontakt kommen, mit anderen Körpern, dem Boden oder Wänden. Zur Jam öffnen wir den Raum für Improvisation, teilweise in Stille, teilsweise zu einer playlist. Ein Bereich zum alleine tanzen, ein anderer zum Pause machen und weitere Ergänzungen laden uns ein für zwei Stunden mit Konsens und Kontakt zu sein.
