YOUR TIME IS NOW
"For He says: ‘In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.’ Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2, NKJV)
When God calls you, He does so at the perfect time—His time. He doesn’t call you today just for you to act later. That’s why His Word says, “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” This is the right moment to make the decision to turn to God, obey Him, and do what He has commanded you to do.
For a long time, you have known that God is calling you to do something—perhaps to repent, leave sin behind, start a ministry, or help someone in need. But you have kept postponing it, saying, “I will do it tomorrow.” But do you know what your tomorrow holds? The Bible says:
"Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts." (Hebrews 3:15, NKJV)
There is grace and favor available for your obedience today. If you delay, you might miss it. God is giving you this opportunity, but it won’t last forever. Many people have had great plans to serve God, but they kept delaying until they lost their chance. Don’t let that be your story.
Listen to God’s voice today and obey. If it’s salvation, receive Jesus now. If it’s ministry, start now. If it’s completing an assignment God gave you, do it now. Tomorrow is uncertain, but today is in your hands.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, help me not to delay in obeying Your voice. I surrender my life to You, and I choose to take action now. Lead me, strengthen me, and give me the courage to do what You have called me to do. In Jesus' name, Amen.

But does your new name reflect in your actions? When people look at your life, do they see a difference between you and those still in darkness?
Merely saying that you believe in God is not enough to prove to the world that you have truly changed. Faith without righteous actions is empty. Your life should be evidence of your salvation. When Isaiah speaks of "The People the Lord Has Saved." he means that there should be visible changes in you. People should notice that you have left behind certain habits and behaviors that once defined you before encountering Christ.
This new identity is found in Christ. As the Bible says: "In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins." (Colossians 1:14, NKJV). This means that your redemption is not just an internal experience; it should be outwardly visible in the way you live.
Jesus said, "You are the light of the world," and He emphasized that your light should shine before all so that they may see your good works and glorify God. If you are truly saved, then your life should be a living testimony of God's grace.
Your transformation cannot be hidden. Those who knew you before will be amazed, and some may even challenge you, but true redemption is not shaken by human opinions. If you remain in Christ, He will make you a true example of His followers.
