9:03am EST - United Airlines Flight 175 hits WTC 2 (South Tower)
9:37am EST - American Airlines Flight 77 hits the Pentagon
9:59am EST - WTC 2 (South Tower) collapses
10:03am EST - Flight 93 passengers, knowing their fate, said "Let's Roll" and crashed into a field in near Shanksville, PA
10:15am EST - Pentagon E Ring collapses
10:28am EST - WTC 1 (North Tower) collapses

In the span of less that two hours on a Tuesday morning, we went from the shock of a plane hitting a building to the realization that America has been attacked. The deadliest attack in American history, 2977 killed, over 500 more than were killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Flight 93:
Seven crew members and 37 passengers, a chance collection of random Americans. Unlike other victims of 9/11, they knew what was happening, they knew their fate. In spite of that, they came together, United, and chose to meet their fate on their own terms rather than become a tool for their attackers to use against others. This random sampling of Americans launched the first counter attack against the enemy with the simple rallying cry from Todd Beamer, "Let's Roll!" They rolled, together as one, American Patriots. They gave their lives in defense of other, unknown Americans, who would have been the intended targets. The race, creed, gender and political ideology of their fellow passengers or the intended targets didn't matter. America and Americans were under attack, uniting against that attack was all that mattered, PERIOD.

LET'S ROLL together again, as Americans, without divisions, without the infighting, "in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity."

On November 3, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral argument in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen. The case will decide whether the Second Amendment right to "bear arms" is an actual right.
