#Skillshare From Zero to Hero - From Web Programming Internship to becoming Web Programming Trainers
On Saturday, May 21st, 2022, we had our three digital talents youth from " Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology - CADT" who were the alumni of our "Three Months Digital Talents Internship Program" and as the result, received excellent mentoring from our experienced leadership team, with a focus on youth empowerment and the creation of an environment that tracks to their career expression in good leadership and a willingness to lead a team with lifelong learning. So we invited them to support our team as the trainers under the theme "OPEN SOURCE LARAVEL SKILL LEVEL ADVANCE" in order to enhance our expert technical capacities more effectively and successfully at the advanced level. In the following paragraphs, you may see their specific lessons in detail.
First and foremost, we had Mr. Sokheng trained about the topic of “Git Go Going Fast” which explained about the practical coding collaboration using Git “- Command line in git version control - Why do we conflict code with our team?- How can we resolve it fast?” In addition, we had Mr. Sophanon Chhoun as our second trainer who shared about “Acleda Payment integration” which focused on payment online. Developers can understand the flow of how to do a payment integration as well as they can understand where they can start in the documents and what challenges they will face during the integration process”. Last but not least, our final trainer, Mr. Borey CHORNRITH who trained about “Laravel HTTP Client” which aims for our team to understand how to use HTTP clients to be able to make the request and communicate with other web applications. I will provide an example with practice on Telegram or OTP API.”
In conclusion, we are extremely happy with our leadership team, which has provided valuable direction to all young digital "Three Month Digital Talents Internship Program," which has produced excellent outcomes, such as these three young digital youth and other young interns. More importantly, we are delighted that after obtaining our mentoring, our youths are able to boldly share and continue to upgrade themselves to higher levels.
Lastly, we are pleased that, as a consequence of this session, our team member had long-term benefits and was able to apply the trainers' practical methods to their own responsibilities.
