Solution: Highlight modern tools and frameworks. Upskill if necessary.

6. Formatting Issues or Overly Long Resume
Problem: Cluttered, inconsistent, or excessively long (5+ pages).

Solution: Stick to 2–3 pages, use clean formatting, and prioritize recent/relevant experience.

7. Gaps or Irrelevant Experience Without Explanation
Problem: Unexplained gaps or experience that doesn’t match the target role.

Solution: Add brief notes for gaps, and bridge unrelated experience by focusing on transferable skills.
