The Burnt Toast Theory suggests that people often settle for less than they deserve because they’re unwilling to wait or put in the effort to achieve something better.

For example:
🥪 If you burn your toast/bread in the morning, the delay might help you avoid a car crash or traffic jam.
👟 The time you spend looking for your lost shoes or socks at dorm could save you from an accident or lead you to meet someone special on the street.
⏳ Being late for a class might mean you bump into someone who changes the course of your life.
☕️ Waiting in a long café queue could give you time to reconnect with an old friend.

So, remember: sometimes what feels like a negative event can turn into a positive outcome.
