We’re launching a regular FAQ format to answer recent questions from the COCA community and keep everyone updated with clear, transparent answers.

🟦When are you bringing USD account details?
➡️We plan to launch USD accounts in June.

🟦When will the USD-EUR swap be available?
➡️The USD-EUR swap is planned for July.

🟦Will it be possible to log out sessions on other devices?
➡️Yes. This feature is planned to become available in August.

🟦Is it possible to change the phone number linked to a COCA account?
➡️Right now, this can be done manually through Support. If you need to change your phone number, please open a ticket.

🟦What happens to user funds if the card issuer or banking partner experiences insolvency?
➡️User funds remain safe and withdrawable, as they are held in self-custody. If anything happens with a provider, we’ll work on switching to alternative providers.

COCA Monthly Update: May 2026 🚀

🟦The app got smoother with unified deposit addresses, cleaner card flows, better translations, cashback fixes, and more stability.

Send money to another card using just the recipient’s name and card number.

🇹🇷 Turkish language support
You can now use the COCA app in Turkish.

Card-to-card transfers are now live 💳

And here’s what it means for you:

You can now send USD or EUR to your own account, family, or friends using just a card number, first name, and last name.

And no, it’s not just for COCA cards, it works with any Visa or Mastercard too.

✅ One more thing: if the recipient’s card is in another currency, their bank will handle the conversion. For example, if you send EUR to a GBP card, the bank will convert it into GBP.

💟 And the best part: transfers by card number have no fees, and the limits are the same as your card spending limits. You can check them in the Help Center or your card details.

COCA Community FAQ

We’re back with another quick FAQ from the COCA community. Here are simple answers to some of the recent questions you asked.

🟦Why does the Manage section show the plastic card price as $20?
➡️ That’s a bug. The card costs $5 and is free for Premium users and higher. The price display will be fixed in the next update.

🟦Is there a tracking number for the $5 physical card delivery?
➡️ Standard Delivery in Europe doesn’t include tracking. From June 24, it will no longer be available in the EU/EEA – tracked DHL Express will be the only option there. For the rest of the world, where Standard Delivery is available, nothing changes for now.

🟦When does “Allowance left” reset?
➡️“Allowance left” resets on the 1st day of every month at 00:00 UTC.

🟦Will COCA work with exchanges to add a COCA/USDC pair?
➡️In the next few weeks, you’ll be able to swap $COCA directly to USDC inside the COCA app. No exchange needed.
