The questions asked yesterday were very basic yet students felt difficult, so there is no quiz for 3 days and we would like to give 3 days of time solely for companies act and then attempt the quiz where from 6th October there will be again a mega quiz on companies act with 50 questions in microsoft form where you all have to attempt.

The advice given by radhika is not tenable as whenever there is a change in the subscriber name of opc then within 15 days the nominee has to appoint another person as a nominee in place of him and within next 30 days the new subscriber should intimate to ROC about the change.

Can raj opc be considered as small company

No because it crossed the turnover of Rs. 50 lakhs and hence it has to be converted itself either into private or public company

And what is the amount to be paid as penalty was
Anusha changed the nominee on 5th december and raj became lunatic on 4th august it means that Anusha has to take a remedial action by 19th August failing liable to pay penalty of ₹5000 and further penalty of ₹500 each day the penalty has to be counted from 16th day of raj becoming lunatic that means the duration between 20th august and 5th december which is 59000 {(500*108 days)+5000}

Regarding the financial year

Raj opc was incorporated on 31/12/23 and hence the first financial years ends on 31/3/24 and for pushkar opc 31/3/25

There is no quiz till October 6th

Last date to fill exam form for December 24 is October 10th
