Inaccessibility manifests itself in incorrect DNS responses, returning either "Name or service not known", or chaotically responding with addresses of third-party services (Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox) instead of mining servers.
Seen from some providers in Sweden, Kiev, Slovenia, Turkey, Russia, Poland, Romania, Norway, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Hungary, France, Denmark, Germany, etc.
What is characteristic: all these pools have in common that their DNS is served by Alibaba Cloud.
This follows from the WHOIS data (for all of them, Name Server: ALIDNS. COM).
Alibaba Cloud is a popular local analogue of AWS (Amazon Web Services) in China.
Thus, in just one day, connectivity was broken simultaneously with several large Chinese mining pools.
By now, connectivity issues remain.
It is not yet clear what caused the interruptions, but only those pools that had already migrated from Alibaba Cloud to other DNS services managed to return online.

I don't understand why so many media outlets are now talking about the hashrate of the Bitcoin network falling.
This is simply not true.
The hash rate, and subsequently the network difficulty, gradually continues to grow.
Don't be fooled by this news when buying negative yield contracts.
At the moment, none of the stable services offer profitable mining contracts.
You have to wait.

The hash rate is growing at an unrealistic pace and the growth rate will be at the level of 4-5% every 2 weeks within six months.📈
Any investment in cloud mining at current prices, with an eye to the growth rate of Difficulty from 60 days, is doomed to a hard minus.
Not to mention those guys who buy annual contracts or even Cloud Hosting for crazy money, there losses can be up to -50%📉
