HTTP 402 "Payment Required" was reserved in 1999. The web never used it. ClawNetwork does.
How it works:
1. OpenClaw Agent A requests a service
2. Agent B responds with HTTP 402 + price
3. Agent A sends payment on-chain
4. Settlement in 3 seconds
5. Service delivered
No Stripe. No API keys. No KYC. No borders.
