It is reported that Imām al-Aʿẓam Abū Ḥanīfah would keep a special set of clothing specifically for the night prayer (qiyām al-layl).

It consisted of a qamīṣ, ʿimāmah, ridāʾ, and sarāwīl, with a total value of 1,500 dirhams. He would wear these garments exclusively for the night prayer each night, Subḥāna Llāh.

This is how you deal with these Shīʿah Rawāfiḍ khanāzīr who speak ill of our beloved mother, ʿĀʾishah al-Ṣiddīqah, the Shaykhayn, and the rest of the Ṣaḥābah.

Today, we reached out to a well-known niqābī sister on TikTok who had many months’ worth of publicly posted videos containing highly indecent and explicit content. We sent her a private message, and in the end, she deleted all of those videos, some of which had received hundreds of thousands of likes.

Why do we mention this? We do not even understand ourselves why our message would have made such a difference, especially since there were probably hundreds of people who had already written to her. But then it occurred to us: perhaps every single one of them had simply told her that she was a kāfira and that she would end up in Jahannam, and so on.

Perhaps this is one of the greatest lessons: calling people towards what is right is not merely about telling them that something is ḥarām. It is about knowing how to reach their hearts, choosing the right words, and advising them with wisdom, mercy, and sincerity.

If our knowledge does not teach us how to speak to people in a way that brings them closer to Allāh and His Prophet ‎ﷺ, then we must ask ourselves what benefit that knowledge has truly brought us. Taṣawwuf, at its essence, should cultivate adab, sincerity, mercy, and wisdom, not merely harsh words and condemnation.

‎The Imām of Ahl al-Sunnah, the Shaykh al-Islām, Yaḥyā ibn Sharaf an-Nawawī, Quddisa Sirrahu, is a man whose heart had been wholly given to the pursuit of sacred knowledge and the seeking of Allāh’s pleasure.

‎It is related of him that for 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱. So immersed was he in the pursuit of knowledge, so consumed was he by the study of the Dīn, that when sleep overcame him, he would fall asleep sitting, surrounded by his books. His nights were spent in learning, his days in teaching, and his entire existence was offered in the service of Allāh.

‎𝗛𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟰𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗴𝗲. Yet what are forty-five years when a life is filled with barakah? The measure of a life is not its length, but what was carried from it to the Eternal.

He left behind no palaces, no worldly treasures, and no monuments fashioned by the hands of men. He left knowledge that continues to illuminate hearts, books that continue to guide seekers, and a legacy that has endured long after his body returned to the earth. Such souls are exceedingly rare in our age. May Allāh revive in us something of their sincerity, their himmah, their zuhd, and their longing for Him and His Messenger ﷺ.

‎May Allāh envelop the great Imām, the Ashʿarī scholar and Quṭb al-Awliyāʾ, in His infinite raḥmah, raise his station among the ṣāliḥūn, and grant us a share of the light with which He honoured His beloved servants.

‎Al-Fātiḥah for the rūḥ of Imām Yaḥyā ibn Sharaf al-Nawawī, raḥimahu Llāhu raḥmatan wāsiʿah!

The world is preparing for a major war that may be just around the corner.

The years 2027–2030 are going to be years full of chaos, but by the will of Allāh ﷻ, victory is soon coming, in shā’ Allāh.

Prepare yourselves spiritually.

Please recite Sūrat al-Fātiḥah once and Sūrat al-Ikhlāṣ three times for her. May Allāh grant her Jannat al-Firdaws and grant her family with ṣabr jamīl. Āmīn.

Shaykh Muḥammad Muwaffaq al-al-Murābiʿ relates that the great Ḥanafī jurist, al-Ḥaṣkafī, mentioned that Abū ʿAlī al-Daqqāq said: I took this ṭarīqah (of taṣawwuf) from Abū al-Qāsim al-Naṣrabādhī. Abū al-Qāsim said, that he took it from al-Shiblī, who took it from Sirrī al-Saqaṭī; he took it from Maʿrūf al-Karkhī; and he took it from Dāwūd al-Ṭāʾī. Dāwūd al-Ṭāʾī took both ʿilm (knowledge) and the ṭarīqah of taṣawwuf from Abū Ḥanīfah.

All of them acknowledged the virtue, excellence, and greatness of al-Imām Abū Ḥanīfah.

Terrorism or militancy was not initiated by Muslims, yet they are being defined as such. If a non-Muslim commits a terrorist act, it's a crime! But if Muslims try to assert their rights, it's called terrorism...! Isn't this a well-planned conspiracy!!!???

In the Ḥadīth of Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, we are told that every Prophet was granted a special duʿāʾ, one that would certainly be answered.

Our beloved Prophet ﷺ was blessed with three such supplications. Prophet Sulaymān, peace be upon him, was granted one, and he supplicated for a kingdom unlike any that had ever been seen before. Prophet Ibrāhīm, peace be upon him, supplicated that Prophets and Messengers would arise from his family. Prophet Nūḥ, peace be upon him, supplicated against his people. And these supplications were accepted.

The Prophets of Allāh, peace be upon them, used their special supplications for themselves in this dunyā. But our beloved Prophet ﷺ used his first two special supplications for his Ummah in this world, and he ﷺ reserved the third one for us as well.

He ﷺ did not save it for himself. He ﷺ reserved it for the Day of Judgment. the day when we will need any help more than ever. His two supplications in this dunyā were both for his Ummah:

O Allāh, forgive my Ummah!

The ʿulamāʾ have mentioned that one of these supplications was for the forgiveness of our ṣaghāʾir (minor sins), while the other was for the forgiveness of our kabāʾir (major sins). And what about the third duʿāʾ?

He ﷺ did not keep it for himself. He ﷺ saved it for later. But for whom did he ﷺ save it? And why? And why did the other Anbiyāʾ, peace be upon them, not simply make a similar supplication?

Rasūl Allāh ‎ﷺ said:

A man keeps on asking others for something till he comes on the Day of Resurrection without any piece of flesh on his face.

The Prophet ‎ﷺ added:

On the Day of Resurrection, the sun will come near (to the people) to such an extent that the sweat will reach up to the middle of the ears. So, when all the people are in that state, they will ask Ādam for help (istighātha), and then Mūsā (Moses), and then Muḥammad (‎ﷺ).

The sub-narrator added:

Muḥammad ﷺ will intercede with Allāh to judge amongst the people. He will proceed on till he holds the ring of the door (of Paradise), and then Allāh will exalt him to Maqām Maḥmūd (the privilege of intercession, etc.). And all the people of the gathering will praise/thank him ﷺ.

[Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1474, 1475, al-Bukhārī vol. 2, Book 24, 553]

Now remember, people will run towards Prophets for help. Clearly, the word istighātha has been used in this Ḥadīth. This proves that had istighātha been shirk, then it could never be allowed on the Day of Judgment, and all those Prophets would have rather told the people to run towards Allāh (seek His help directly) alone rather than the next Prophet!

This authentic narration in Saḥīḥ al-Bukhārī once and for all has cleared the doubts of istighātha, tawassul, wasīla, tashaffuʿ, and tajawwuh, as they are all similar in meaning and are just means for the true help from Allāh. So how can this possibly be anything such as bidʿah, shirk, ḥarām, or kufr? It is an act that will be done by every single one of us and through every single Prophet, and will finally be accepted by the Beloved of Allāh and the Imām al-Anbiyāʾ, Sayyidunā Rasūl Allāh ‎ﷺ, who helped his Ummah 1400 years ago, today, and then again on the Day of Resurrection.

As Allāh mentions in the Glorious Qurʾān:

Indeed there has come to you a Noble Messenger from among you, your falling into hardship aggrieves him, most concerned for your well-being, for the Muslims most compassionate, most merciful.

[Sūrat al-Tawbah 9:128]

If, upon hearing that the Prophet ﷺ liked gourd, someone says, ‘I do not like it,’ then, according to some scholars, he is a kāfir. But the reality is that if he dislikes it because it was liked by the Prophet ﷺ, then he is a kāfir. If it is merely a matter of taste, it is not kufr.

[Bahār-e Sharīʿat]

The Holy Prophet ﷺ loved dates, honey, milk, watermelon, gourd, olive oil, vinegar, and some other foods. So, if you have ever said something negative about any of these things, then make tawbah and do not repeat it. May Allāh increase us in knowledge. Āmīn.

The Tābiʿī historian, Wahb ibn Munabbih, writes:

I have read seventy-one heavenly books and found in every single one of them a consistent truth: If you gathered the intellect that Allāh gave to every human being who has ever lived, from the beginning of the world to its end, and compared it to the intellect of Rasūl Allāh ﷺ, it would be like a single grain of sand compared to all the sands of the entire world.

Truly, Rasūl Allāh ﷺ is the most intelligent of all people and the absolute best in judgment.

[Ḥilyat al-Awliyāʾ wa-Ṭabaqāt al-Aṣfiyāʾ]

‎Mullā ʿAlī al-Qārī writes:

The knowledge of the Tablet (al-Lawḥ al-Maḥfūẓ) and the Pen (al-Qalam) are a mere few lines out of the Prophet’s ﷺ knowledge and a mere river from the seas of his knowledge.

‎[Al-Zubdah fī Sharḥ al-Burdah]

If a lifeless satellite, created by humans, can gather data and visualize every corner of the world in detail, imagine what Rasūl Allāh ﷺ is capable of. By Allāh, his knowledge extends beyond the corners of the universe, further than anyone in this world can imagine.

Tābiʿī, Sayyidunā Ibn Kaysān, said:

The Prophet ﷺ was given knowledge of whatever occurred and whatever will occur.

[Tafsīr al-Baghawī, 7/441; Tafsīr al-Qurṭubī, 17/152; Tafsīr al-Khāzin, 4/225]

When some parents lose their child through miscarriage, whether it happens at six or eight months of pregnancy, they may not give the child a name.

It is important to name the child, because on the Day of Judgment, the child will be resurrected and called by name. If the child was not given a name, the child will testify that their parents did not name them.

This child will make shafāʿah (intercession) for their parents. So, for those who were unaware of this, please share this with them.
