The Beloved Prophet ﷺ was the first to respond and the first to be created and last to be sent.
In the world of the souls (ʿĀlam al-Arwāḥ) when the covenant (al-Mīthāq) was taken from all the creation by Allāh asking:
“Am I not your Lord?”
Rasūlullāh ﷺ was the first responder affirming this, saying “Qālū balā shahidnā” (“Yes, we have testified”), when his Lord took the covenant on the human offspring, as related in the verse below of this event:
“And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Ādam – from their loins – their descendants and made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], ‘Alastu birabbikum?’ They said, ‘Balā shahidnā.’ [This] – lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection, ‘Indeed, we were of this unaware.’”
[Sūrah al-Aʿrāf, verse 172]

Imām Muḥammad ibn Yūsuf al-Ṣāliḥī al-Shāmī in his famous Sīrah book mentions a beautiful event that took place and the Beloved Prophet’s ﷺ statement on rejoicing at his blessed Mawlid:
Imām Abū Mūsā al-Zarhūnī said: “I saw the Noble Prophet ﷺ in a dream and mentioned to him about the practice of holding celebratory feasts on his Mawlid (birth-day), and he ﷺ replied:
‘𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀.’”
[Subul al-Hudā wa'l Rashād fī Sīrat Khayr al-ʿIbād, vol. 1, p. 363]
Also, it is important to know that dreams of the Holy Prophet ﷺ are true, for he ﷺ stated:
“Whoever sees me in a dream has truly seen me, for Shayṭān cannot assume my form.”
[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6592, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2266]
