b. working process
the work is done in 3x24 hours. crafting time depends on the queue and the difficulty level of the carrd. if you need it quickly, you can ask for in rush order availability and will be charged with additional fees according to the length of the deadline.

c. carrd custom
ordering custom carrd must provide example or the overview of the desired carrd design. examples can be taken from pinterest or we heart it, but not from other BA carrd catalogs. please discuss with zaura about the design and her ability to work on it.

d. revision
minor revisions can be made at will for 24 hours after being given the carrd preview. for major and color revisions, only one time is allowed within 24 hours.
