He's the one who was leaking GTA VI material, which is what set off Rockstar and Take-Two's lawyer-led manhunt in the first place.

Hey everyone. Most of you probably don't know me, and honestly some of you might not even remember why you followed this channel in the first place. So let me introduce myself properly.

I'm Ilya. I'm 25. I've spent most of my life around programming and video games. Not long ago, after coming out of a serious illness, I decided to start an X account about games and the industry - basically, I decided to finally do the thing I actually love.

Then Rockstar and Take-Two filed copyright complaints against my posts over the leaked GTA 6 gameplay clips. I'll own my mistake here: I didn't verify whether those videos and screenshots were copyrighted before posting them.

At the same time, as a content creator, I can't realistically run a copyright check on every single clip - the original source often isn't listed anywhere. And I'd probably just accept the situation and move on, if it weren't for the fact that major outlets are publishing the exact same material on their platforms with zero consequences.

Right now I'm in contact with Rockstar and Take-Two about getting the complaint withdrawn. If they don't retract it within the next week, I've got a pretty interesting piece coming about GTA 6 and game publishers - trust me, you haven't seen anything like it.

Realistically, they probably won't unblock me, so I've made a new X account with a slightly different name and look so I don't just get hit again.
