Encrypt your passwords with OpenPGP and use Git and a pass client on each device to keep them synced between all of your devices. For desktop use gopass and on your Android device use the two apps below, shared previously, to prevent placing trust in cloud-based apps such as Bitwarden and eliminate the need to use a password as a single-point of failure while managing your secrets.
