AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex have changed development completely. Instead of writing everything manually, developers now manage powerful AI agents – and that opens up huge possibilities.

Over the last few months I’ve been building chatcode.dev – a tool for running Claude Code and Codex agents on your own machine and interacting with them through Telegram.

What it does:
• securely manages Claude Code and Codex agents on your machine
• lets you interact with them from Telegram or the web

How it works:
• install a lightweight gateway on macOS/Linux or a VPS
• create terminal sessions through the web UI
• optionally connect Telegram and chat with your agents from your phone

I’ve already switched much of my own workflow to it, and now I’m opening it up for early users.

It’s free to try, and if you use your own machine, you don’t need to pay for hosting. You can also use your existing ChatGPT or Claude subscription.
