Orlando FL, I'll be back in front of the ICE office on Friday, Feb 13th. Would be sooner but, in spite of what MAGA thinks, I have a job and things I need to take care of.
I know Fridays between 1-5 PM might not be convenient for everyone, but there are two reasons we've chosen that time:
1. The office is closed weekends, and we want employees to see/hear us.
2. This is an office where immigrants and their families come for appointments. The hope is, by Friday afternoons, there's less likely to be too many waiting outside. We don't want to cause additional duress to them or the compassionate coalition who often meets them there.
That said, if you can join us, please join us, but first read ALL of the giant comment I'm posting below regarding your rights/the rules/what to bring.
Stay safe. Stay loud. Silence is complicity.
