At the event, they will provide more information about the employment opportunity, which will include:

Reasons to start a career in health and social care:
* How to enter 3 weeks training and enrol onto the Level 1 Health and Social Care Qualification
* Guaranteed job interview
* What happens with the DBS check (Disclosure Barring Service) and work uniform
* Other progression opportunities
The employer promotes how more than 80% of people progress through their programme to gain employment.

Spectra is seeking an Operations Lead, a new core role in our organisation, and we'd be so grateful if you'd help us spread the word.
