I am fundraising in order to challenge the anti-free speech laws in Australia, and to prepare a High Court challenge to the recently proposed legislation that threatens political organisers with 15 years in prison for opposing the Governments agenda.

The fundraiser is to me as an individual to challenge the aforementioned law's unconstitutionality. I will place the money in legal trust when I have decided which firm to go with. The fundraising is in no way a breach of the proposed laws itself, and the High Court challenge will proceed with attempting to strike out the laws against free speech that have already passed even if the current proposed laws fail to pass through parliament next week.

Another day, another soft sentence from Judge Martin Nolan. This takes on another level when you realise that the accused in question being sentenced for this vicious, unprovoked crime was previously before Judge Nolan in 2012 and had received one of his already trademark soft sentences.

Fun fact: In 2015 Judge Nolan had to recuse himself from a burglary case because the accused had broken into his own house. Obviously learning nothing despite the required education needed to be nominated to the Circuit Court.
