Dear Students,

We would like to share some important academic updates for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Beginning this year, class attendance is mandatory. Students can now earn up to 10 points for consistent attendance, provided that the requirement is fulfilled accurately.
Please note that these 10 attendance points will not affect your overall ranking, but they will be recorded as part of your coursework performance. Regular attendance remains an essential part of academic discipline and learning success.

In addition, each group will now be assigned an Academic Advisor. Your advisor will support you with both academic and organizational matters, helping you navigate your studies and university life more effectively.

We would also like to inform you about a new regulation regarding retake (resit) examinations.
Starting from this academic year, resit exams will no longer be free of charge. If you fail any of your modules, you may register for a resit exam after paying a fee of 2.5 million sums per module.
This policy applies to all resit exams scheduled immediately after the final examination period.

We strongly encourage you to study diligently and manage your academic progress carefully to avoid the need for resits.

⚠️As a reminder, the second entrance was recently closed for maintenance. Now, due to roadworks carried out by city authorities, the MAIN ENTRANCE (Entrance-1) will be temporarily closed from October 14 (Tuesday) till October 17 (Friday).

✔️To help make your commute smoother during this time, please kindly follow these temporary arrangements:

- The bus stop near the main gate will not operate, as buses cannot access the area.
- All vehicles are kindly asked to enter and exit through the second entrance.
- For those using the bus, security staff at the main gate (KPP) will guide you to the waiting area for bus No. 190.

- Go to the My Modules section

- Select the required module

- Tap on Grading to view your results
