telegram premium之后，如果已经登录了三个账号，调试菜单里的login another account选择production将没有任何反应，意味着必须充值才能登录四个账号。

所以等同于还是限制了原来免费用户的功能。

注：在premium之前，这个界面可以登录超过三个账号，现在超过三个就只能登录test了。是专门为了premium故意添加的限制。
