🚨 ELD manipulating is now an Out-of-Service violation

Starting April 1, 2026, inspectors can place drivers out of service if false logs are caused by ELD tampering (CVSA new OOS criteria).

⚠️ What this means:
β€’ False logs due to ELD manipulation = OOS violation
β€’ Inspectors now separate regular log mistakes from intentional tampering
β€’ If real driving/rest times cannot be verified β†’ driver may be placed OOS
