Australia celebrates Cambodia’s clean energy trailblazers
Australia is a partner in Cambodia’s clean energy transition – a vital step towards sustainable, inclusive and resilient economic growth.
As a founding partner of Cambodia’s Clean Energy Week, we hosted a Toast to Clean Energy to close out Clean Energy Week and to announce the winners of the Clean Energy Awards 2025 recognising Cambodia’s clean energy champions and innovators.

ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី ក្រុមហ៊ុន Evola បានបង្កើនផលិតកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនចំនួន ២០ ភាគរយ ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនបានកែច្នៃកាកសំណល់ចំនួន ១៧ តោន ជារៀងរាល់ខែ ដែលជាជំហានដ៏ធំមួយឆ្ពោះទៅរកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចក្រារបស់កម្ពុជា។

Through the CNai Accelerator program, we have supported local businesses like Evola, a Cambodian startup turning food waste into high-protein animal feed and organic fertiliser using black soldier fly farming.
With Australia’s support, Evola boosted its production by 20% and now recycles 17 tonnes of waste every month—a big step forward for Cambodia’s circular economy.
Together, we are building a future where food systems are smarter, greener, and more inclusive.
