You are now able to withdraw your XCD tokens you acquired in the crowdsale or via the Ambassador Program!

Here’s what you have to do to redeem your tokens:

1. Login to your Capdax dashboard and apply to withdraw by adding the ETH address you’d like to get your tokens sent to.

2. You will receive a mandatory email confirmation before the withdrawal is processed.

3. Once the email confirmation is finalized, your withdrawal will be processed and the tokens will be sent to your wallet.

Please note that withdrawals are for full token balance only. No partial balance withdrawal requests will be accepted.

If you do not want to redeem the tokens, you do not need to do anything.
Once the exchange launches, your tokens will be shown on your dashboard.

Dear community,

First of all we want to thank you for your high engagement and suggestions. We’ve taken a closer look at the road map and your suggestions and want to clarify some points:

- We will have a private operational Beta in Q3 with a closed group. This group will consist of invitees to test the first stages and version of the exchange.
- In Q4 we will launch the open Beta exchange, fully functional and audited by accredited parties. In this phase we want to iron out any irregularities and bugs. We do not expect any high impact flaws. It’s common as IT project to go live with a public Beta, and we are very keen on having feedback from the community on how we can optimize our product before the official go live.
- Security is one of our highest priorities and we will only go live with an open Beta exchange being fully confident we can without risk for our community.
- Based on the open Beta and feedback from the community, we will follow up with exact timing of the “Official launch of Capdax” with optimal user flow and the support of the full marketing mix. With the current pace, resources and predictions this will still be in Q4 2018. Our primary focus is on putting a stable, secure and optimal product on the market with long term viability.

With this we hope we have brought more clarity. In the mean time we have also secured a partnership which is another enhancement to our security measures for Capdax. We will release another article in detail soon.

We do appreciate all your feedback and welcome any further suggestions for review.

Dear Community,

As promised we would provide a July update on whether the anticipated path forward into the derivatives space could be achieved. The necessary agreements could not be made and hence we have decided that further work on this project will not be pursued. It’s been a long road to get to this point, with a difficult crypto market over the 12 months and a multitude of setbacks. This post outlines the journey to this Decision, including the path forward in handling refunds from the remaining company funds. The support of the community has been a big drive for the team to push this long and hard on this venture, and for that we are thankful.

This is very disappointing for the entire team especially for the founders who believed strongly in the potential of the project and contributed a great deal of money and unpaid time. But it is time now to accept that reality and act accordingly. Thank you
