We extend our warmest congratulations to our student, Ms. So Kimlang, on successfully completing the Seminar on Disaster Risk Management and Disaster Risk Finance for ASEAN Countries, held from May 14 to 27, 2025, in Beijing and Changsha, China.

The seminar, organized by the International Exchange and Cooperation Center (IECC) under the Ministry of Emergency Management and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, brought together 30 participants from ASEAN countries, including Cambodia, Laos, and Indonesia.

Through a combination of expert lectures, field visits, and practical discussions, Ms. Kimlang gained valuable insights into disaster risk reduction, emergency response systems, and the use of advanced technologies in crisis management. Her participation reflects a strong commitment to enhancing national resilience and promoting regional cooperation in disaster preparedness and response.
