📣APPROVED: CIP-0107 Introduces 24-hour Submission Delay

• The proposal expands a previously 10-minute submission delay window, making the network more able to accomodate the internal processes of large-scale institutions.
• $CC transactions often require human approval from multiple parties and the extended period makes it easier for institutions to operate end user transactions.
• Proposal was originally approved on March 10.
