We're bringing you the nineteenth newsletter of BUX Crypto 🎉
In this newsletter, we like to give you a quick update on our team's developments.

In the past weeks we've worked on:
- Due to the increased attention the crypto markets are now getting, BUX Crypto has seen a substantial increase of volume and inflow of new users. The BUX Crypto platform saw a 1000% increase in total quarterly volume in Q1 2021 compared to Q4 2020. In addition, a 300% increase of funded accounts and a 475% increase of Assets under Management (AuM) since December 31, 2020, also shows that new crypto investors are finding their way to the BUX Crypto platform.
- Expanding the team as a result of this significant growth of the BUX Crypto platform in the past months! We welcome our newest team members: Maria, Mees, Luc, Bengt & Sagar 🎉
- Exploring a bridge between the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain ecosystem to unlock access for users to Uniswap, an easy-to-use swap tool.
- Limit orders (the option to buy and sell cryptocurrency for set price levels instead of the market price).
- Integrating a new payment service provider that allows us to process credit card payments for users with Mastercard or VISA credit cards.
- Development of the BUX Crypto deposit and withdrawal verification app that is in line with the new Dutch crypto laws for cryptocurrency service providers. We expect to launch the first beta version next month.
- Smaller UX improvements to the platform: making pre-approval requests for higher limits available to users, and showing the EUR withdrawal option when users have no balance instead of hiding it completely.
- Launching the new BUX Community Forum with already 1000+ active user invites in the private beta. The BUX Forum will go public in the second week of April.
In the coming weeks we will work on:
- Next week we'll list the three new crypto assets with Euro trading pair on the platform: Compound (COMP), Maker (MKR), and Kyber Network (KNC). These are highly respected projects in the rising DeFi (Decentralised Finance) space and in the coming period, we are exploring more new and exciting crypto assets to list on the platform. Keep an eye on our Telegram or Twitter channels for the launch this coming week.
- Continuing the work on new product features mentioned above.
- Exploring a top tier exchange listing as we communicated earlier this year.
- Continuing with the integration of Apple pay and Google pay as new payment options for depositing Euro to the platform.
- DNB registration: still pending approval, we'll provide an update once we have information that we can share!
In order to accelerate all our plans for development this year, we are looking to hire new developers!
