Die Interkulturellen Wochen sind wieder da und auch wir machen mit! Gemeinsam schwingen wir uns aufs Rad und entdecken, was der Leipziger Südosten in puncto Nachhaltigkeit zu bieten hat. Wie funktioniert Einkaufen ohne Verpackungsmüll? Wie komme ich nachhaltig an Kleidung? Und wo kann ich am besten vegan und ökologisch essen gehen? Diese Fragen wollen wir zusammen beantworten. Anschließend seid ihr alle eingeladen den Abend in unserem VagaBUND Lene Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen zu lassen.
Die Veranstaltung ist offen für alle und wird auf Deutsch, Englisch und Ukrainisch stattfinden. Bringt gerne ein Fahrrad mit, falls ihr keins habt dann meldet euch bei uns.

Der Gärungsprozess lässt probiotische Nährstoffe entstehen und setzt einen besonderen Geschmack frei. Gemeinsam mit euch wollen wir die altbewährte Konservierungsmethode testen und geben euch genug Wissen mit auf den Weg, damit ihr eure Lebensmittel auch Zuhause fermentieren könnt.🧉🍶

Sauerkraut, yogurt, soy sauce, kimchi, salami and even tobacco - fermenting food means more than just preserving it. The fermentation process creates probiotic nutrients and releases a special flavor. Together with you, we want to test the traditional preservation method and give you enough knowledge so that you can ferment your food at home.🧉🍶
The workshop will take place on the first day of our BUND Leipzig Thanksgiving Week, so the 10/4/2022, at 5pm in the café of the Haus der Demokratie (Bernhard-Göring-Straße 152). Feel free to bring your own canning jar! Registration desired at anmelden@bund-leipzig.de. We are excited to see you!💚😁
