Here are a few things to keep in mind to get one step close to achieving your goals this week.

1. Take it one step at a time. Trying to do everything at once is the reason you feel you can't meet up and end up procrastinating.

2. Stay focused. It's easy to be distracted. Find an environment that keeps you focused on your tasks and goals.

3. Set clear goals. It's unrealistic to want to do clean 10 data sheets in one day without an allocated time for each task.
If you can only fo 5 sheets a day it's fine. Always break down tasks eg. Clean 2 data sheets daily for 7 days. You'll get better at it over time.

4. Be consistent. You can't be unlucky 365day of the year. Consistency makes you better at your skill and success doesn't come from what you do occasionally.

5. Stay Positive. Pessimists don't go so far in life. Consider challenges as opportunities keeping in mind that to every problem, there is a solution.
