On Sunday, May 3rd at 7:00 AM Paris time, Tulku Orgyen Sangak will be conferring a transmission of Gesar cycle within the collected works of Mipham Rinpoche. Registration is required.
https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/SaMRQs5qSIWSVjyUy5RB0w
Gesar is an awakened being โ an emanation of Padmasambhava and the Lords of the Three Families (Avalokiteลvara, Maรฑjuลhrฤซ, and Vajrapฤแนi) โ who took on the form of a Drala King in order to protect living beings during the age of degeneration. In tantric practice he manifests simultaneously as an expression of the Three Roots (Guru, Yidam, and the head of the แธฤkinฤซs and Dharmapฤlas) and as the supreme Drala deity โ guardian of victory over the afflictions, lord of life-force, warrior spirit, and good fortune.
Jamgรถn Mipham Rinpoche (1846โ1912), one of the greatest masters of the Nyingma tradition, composed an extensive cycle of 52 texts: complete sฤdhanas with maแนแธala, fulfillment offerings (bskang gsol), summoning of abundance (yang sgrub), and specialized rituals โ raising the windhorse (rlung rta), invoking the power of Drala into the body, and subjugating enemies. The practice is grounded in Anuyoga and Atiyoga: self-generation as Hayagrฤซva-Thotrengsal, recitation, and gaแนacakra offering.
The cycle is especially relevant in times of crisis, threat, and broken samayฤs: Gesar acts precisely within the conditions of the "five degenerations" โ here and now, not in distant pure realms.

๐ฅ Trul Khor and Tummo 8-Week Course: The Six Rotations of Naropa and the 37 Movements of Maitripa ๐ฅ
The "Six Rotations of Naropa" are a sequence of Trul Khor movements to open the wind channels of the body and thus prepare it for Tummo, Illusory Body, and Clear Light Yoga. This sequence comes with a unique visualisation utilising five (or sometimes six) chakras along the central channel, as well as chakras in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, finger joints, hips, knees, ankles, and toes, in order to generate physical heat. The "37 Movements of Maitripa" is another Trul Khor sequence that Maitripa himself received from Naropa and is equally powerful. Both sets of exercises were brought to Tibet by Marpa Lotsawa and given to Tibet's great yogi Milarepa. In this course we will explore these Trul Khor cycles extensively and combine them with Tummo practice.
๐ Time schedule
Starting on May 21, we will meet every Thursday at 3 PM New York time / 8 PM Ireland time for teaching and practice until the 8 weeks are complete. Recordings will be made permanently available to participants.
โ๏ธ Prerequisites
It is a requirement to have received a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment before attending this course. On May 30 & 31, Lama Jhampa will give a Yamantaka Empowerment, which you can attend in case you have not yet received an HYT empowerment. The details can be found on our Facebook page and in our Telegram chat. It is a further requirement to be familiar with the three channels and four chakras and basic Tummo practice as done in the Gelug and/or Kagyu schools.
๐งโโ๏ธ About the Teacher
Jonas Over is a Vajrayana Buddhist teacher fully authorised by Lama Jhampa Shaneman and Lama Glenn Mullin. He has completed the full Ngondro foundations (111,000 accumulations in prostrations, Vajrasattva, mandala offerings, and Guru Yoga) and has been continuously receiving transmissions since 2002.
He has trained in, practised, and taught core Vajrayana systems including Chakrasamvara, Guhyasamaja, Vajrayogini, Yamantaka, Hayagriva, Kalachakra, and others, supported by completion of their qualifying retreats. He has taught Trul Khor (Tibetan Breath Yoga) since 2017 and Vajrayana Buddhism since 2021.
His practice repertoire also includes fire pujas for the four enlightened activities, Mahakala and Kalarupa protector rituals, Mo divination, Phowa (consciousness transference for the deceased), and multiple Chรถd retreats โ demonstrating a broad and advanced engagement with Tibetan Buddhist ritual and meditative traditions.

How to Reconnect with Nondual Meditation
and Drenpa Yabse Sum prayer
Although nondual meditation is beyond all analogies, when explained, it is compared to the sky. It transcends the duality of subject and object, as well as the alternating states of conventional truth. The phrase โinexpressible, inconceivable, and indescribable,โ found in many scriptures, refers to that which is beyond the reach of speech and thought. Even though it transcends the domain of mind and language, once realization dawns and you recognize the abiding nature, it will be understood through your own inner experience.
If you do not familiarize yourself with meditation through daily practice, such experience and understanding will not arise; therefore, it is necessary to maintain continuous mindfulness.
Through the internal qualities of this practice, you will not only be able to face the challenges within your daily life, the world, and the various states of your body, speech, and mind, but you will also be able to seek and find ultimate liberation and Buddhahood.
Included here are instructions on meditation and a series of questions and answers. After meditation, it is important for all practitioners to engage in the crucial practice of Barchad Lamsel at year-end. This practice of Barchad Lamsel originates from a newly revealed Bon terma. Many texts emphasize the importance of praying to the Three DrenpasโDrenpa Namkha, Tsewang Rigdzin, and Guru Padmasambhavaโat the end of an era. These are the words of Sharza Rinpoche's lama, Dratrul Tenzin Wangyal. Since we are now at the end of the year, it is important to strive to eliminate obstacles for the coming year.

Taught by the esteemed
Jetsunma Jamyang Dolma
This teaching offers a practical and experiential introduction to how Vajrayana practitioners engage the sacred world of Deity, Offerings, and Dakiniโnot as abstract ideas, but as living aspects of the path.
Deity
Participants will explore what it means to practice with a deityโunderstanding that the deity is not external, but a method for recognizing the inseparability of appearance and emptiness.
The course will clarify how visualization, mantra, and meditative absorption function together as a direct path of transformation.
Offerings
The role of offerings will be unpacked beyond ritual form. Students will learn how outer offerings (such as water, light, and symbolic substances) relate to inner and secret offeringsโultimately pointing to the offering of oneโs own perception, attachment, and dualistic grasping. The emphasis will be on how offering becomes a method for cultivating generosity, pure perception, and sacred outlook.
Dakini
This teaching will introduce the principle of the Dakini as the dynamic expression of awakened wisdomโoften experienced as inspiration, insight, or the enlivening energy of practice. Students will gain a clearer understanding of how dakinis function within Vajrayana, both symbolically and experientially, and how to relate to this aspect of the path with clarity and respect.
Throughout the course, the focus remains grounded in direct experience:
How to actually visualize, rather than just imagine
How to relate to ritual elements with meaning and confidence
How to connect these practices to oneโs own mind and lived experience
This teaching is especially beneficial for those actively engaged in deity practice, as well as students preparing to enter more advanced Vajrayana training. It provides the essential framework needed to move from performing practices to understandingโand eventually realizingโtheir deeper purpose.

Shardza Rinpoche's "Experiential Teachings Sealed in the Heart"
Dzogchen Teachings May 24-29, 2026, in Yeshe Sal Ling
Dzogchen teachings by Lama Sangye Monlam based on Shardza Rinpoche's final text
In 2026, Lama Sangye continues the cycle of Dzogchen teachings, based on Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche's last work, the Dzogchen cycle "Experiential Teachings Sealed in the Heart" that he started in 2025.
Shardza Rinpoche composed several cycles of Dzogchen instructions, among them the famous Kusum Rangshar, and Kunzang Nyingtig (also known as heartdrops of Dharmakaya).
The very last Dzogchen text that Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen Rinpoche wrote, and which accordingly sums up his whole life's experience, is entitled "Experiential Teachings Sealed in the Heart". Lama Sangye has repeatedly remarked that he feels these are Shardza Rinpoche's most profound Dzogchen instructions.
Lama Sangye will go through the entire text line by line, commenting on it as he reads.
