Hiiii anyone who's been to the gym before what should i bring????

Any tips or advice for a beginner?

Cuz i was thinking to go gym soon cuz ada in my area around rm190/monthly and i think it's worth it

I do have a friend who's go to same gym but he's kinda old and im a bit shy to ask also he's the one who gave me a lot of motivation to go there too

Literally he's the one who helped me the most
