We are receiving 5X the normal volume of support cases, in most cases these cases should not have even been created, for example;
> Withdrawals will not be processed as per Steven's request, so please do not create a case.
> Last week was the only week where the daily return reported your full 5% for the week. This week you should see a daily return on your statement every 24 hours for your capital amount X 0.0072 which is the same as 0.72% per day. Please look at the time the last entry was reported on your statement and wait for that time today for your next statement update. Please do not write to support to remind us or tell us the time has changed or your statement has not yet updated, it will update.
Due to the massive volume of un-necessary cases we are having an issue getting to cases that are serious and need our attention.
As much as we appreciate your support and kind words, some members are even creating cases to say thank, we really appreciate it, however, please do not create a case.
Lastly, there are many cases where member are updating their comments to say, "Thank you, the issue is resolved" please close or cancel the cases, do not just leave it open.

Last year July his profile was compromised and once he realised it he reported it and created a new profile (check the current profile it was created at the end of July beginning August).
We're praying that will be the case and he'll contact us.

One arrest has been made today. The second will be done today too - warrant has been issued. People can speculate all they want. The law doesn't lie.
My family and I are safe considering the severity of this all.
I've been advised by my attorneys to remove myself completely from any communications and btc global in general. The official legal statement will be posted here soon.
I can confirm that none of the leaders have heard from Steven and while I was dealing with this criminal at my private residence yesterday it has come to light that Steven's facebook page was disabled.
The admin team are still handling cases and working the system as usual. They're doing everything they need to do so when/if Steven connects with them they are ready to give him payment info.
I will under no circumstances divulge the admin team's personal contact details. As I refuse to put them in danger too. If you have a legitimate issue re the back office you can create a case. Issues re Steven and communications is no longer my responsibility and no one else has stepped up. Messages has been sent to Steven and all we can do is wait for a response.
Start realising that from day one we were all responsible for ourselves. No btc was ever invested with any leader. BTC TRANSACTIONS are public and can be tracked. No charges have been brought against me or anyone of the leaders.
I have decided that I will deal with EVERY threat and EVERY false accusation legally.
My protection order was granted and enforced.
I'll also be seeking civil recourse for the defamation I've endured and continue to endure.
Since I'll be tied up taking care of my children's safety and legal matters to clear my name I have no time or desire to continue with BTC GLOBAL issues.

We are as shocked and angry as everyone. But we all knew the risks involved in trading. We all became complacent with Steven. And all of us funded him independently.
