💠 مسجد كبود تبريز 💠

این مسجد طبق کتیبهٔ سردر آن در سال ۸۴۵ هجری شمسی و در زمان سلطان جهانشاه مقتدرترین حکمران سلسله قراقویونلو و به دستور دختر او صالحه خانم بنا شده‌است.

زلزله سال ۱۱۵۸ شمسی (۱۷۸۰ میلادی) آسیب فراوان به مسجد زد و در اثر آن گنبدهای مسجد فرو ریخت. تعمیرات و دوباره‌سازی مسجد به منظور حفاظت و بازسازی بخش‌های باقی‌مانده شامل طاق‌ها و پایه‌ها از سال ۱۳۱۸ آغاز شد و در ۱۳۵۵ کارهای ساختمانی آن به اتمام رسید بازسازی گنبد اصلی وگنبد کوچک توسط مرحوم استاد محمدرضا معماران بنام انجام شد. بازسازی کاشیکاری داخلی و خارجی هنوز ادامه دارد.

تنوع و ظرافت کاشی‌کاری و انواع خطوط به‌کاررفته در آن و به‌خصوص به دلیل رنگ لاجوردی کاشی‌کاری‌های معرق آن سبب شده‌است که به «فیروزهٔ اسلام» شهرت یابد. سبک معماری این بنا به شیوه آذری است. از مصالح اصلی بکاررفته در این بنا آجر می باشد.مسجد کبود دارای صحن مربع شکلیست که حوضی برای وضودر آن قرار دارد و شبستانهایی نیز جهت پناهگاه مستمندان، و درس خواندن در آن وجود دارد.

سردر اصلی این مسجد که با کاشی‌کاری‌های معرق تزئین شده‌است، کتیبه‌ای دارد به خط رقاع که به سال ۸۷۰ (قمری) نصب شده‌است. این کتیبه و دیگر کتیبه‌های سردر مسجد به خط نعمت‌الله البواب خوشنویس مشهور سده نهم است و سرکاری و نظارت بر ساخت آن با عزالدین بن ملک قاپوچی بوده‌است.

🔴The Blue Mosque (Azerbaijani: Göy məscid; Persian: مسجد کبود - Masjed-e Kabūd) is a famous historic mosque in Tabrīz, Iran. The mosque and some other public buildings were constructed in 1465 upon the order of Jahan Shah, the ruler of Kara Koyunlu.

The mosque was severely damaged in an earthquake in 1779, leaving only the iwan (entrance hall). Reconstruction began in 1973 by the late Reza Memaran Benam under the supervision of Iranian Ministry of Culture. However, the tiling is still incomplete

The Blue mosque of Tabriz was built upon the order of Jahan Shah the ruler of Kara Koyunlu dynasty which made Tabriz the capital of his Kingdom. His Kingdom covered major parts of modern Iran, Azerbaijan, and Turkey. He was killed by Uzun Hassan (the ruler of Ak Koyunlu) and buried on the only parts of the mosque that survived.

The mausoleum was built in the southern section of the mosque and is entirely covered with high marble slabs on which verses from Quran are engraved in Thuluth script on a background of fine arabesques. The roof of the mausoleum and the main dome chamber of the mosque collapsed during an earthquake in 1779 A.D. and was rebuilt in 1973 thanks to the efforts of Mohammad Reza Memaran Benam(محمدرضا معماران بنام) (a famous architect from Tabriz) under the supervision of the national organization for preservation of ancient monuments.

About Tabriz for american travelers to TABRIZ ,Iran

Situated in the fastness of northwestern Iran, Tabriz is a historic city situated at the crossroads of Persia and the Caucasus and a is classic stop along the famed Silk Road. As Iran has been subject to travel warnings since the 1979 Islamic Revolution, a place like Tabriz is not the simplest place for Americans to travel to. However, those that do find exotic culture in an off the beaten track location.

Americans traveling to Iran must apply for a visa, and because Iran does not have regular diplomatic ties with the United States, this must be done through the Iranian Interests Section of the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC. Tabriz International Airport (TBZ) receives flights from Istanbul and Dubai, as well as domestic traffic. Visitors may also use the train, with an overnight train from Tehran taking about 13 hours. International Trains also arrive from Damascus, taking about 2 1/2 days.

Safety

Although the US State Department considers crime to be "generally not a problem for travelers in Iran," it does consider political problems to be a serious concern. Iranian-Americans, and especially those with dual citizenship, could be detained indefinitely while on a trip to Tabriz. Visitors should also avoid political demonstrations. @BROBX . Attractions

Tabriz is the second oldest city in Iran, so old that its origins are shrouded in legend, and the city and its environs contain a number of historical attractions. The 15th century Blue Mosque was described by Lonely Planet as "among the most glorious buildings of its era." While it has seen considerable earthquake damage, the blue tile-work in the entrance arch remains an indicator of what the original exterior must have looked like. @BROBX . Perched on a crag outside of the city is the Babak Castle, where the Zoroastrian leader Babak made his late 9th century last stand against Islamic invaders.

Shopping

Visiting the bazaar is a big part of the Tabriz experience, given Tabriz's place on the Silk Road. Covering 2 3/4 sq. miles, the covered part of the bazaar features two dozen individual caravanserais and almost as many domed halls. @BROBX . Much of the structure dates to the 15th century, but parts of it are as much as 1,000 years old. Of particular interest among the many stalls and shops are the entire sections given over to rugs. Tabriz is home to an expansive rug-making industry, with everything from the cheap and ordinary to the hand-made masterpiece available in the bazaar.

Climate

Tabriz sits at an altitude of about 4,500 feet, so visitors should keep the example of a city like Denver in mind when it comes to climate. Summers are warm, with average highs in the mid-80s Fahrenheit. Winter sees highs just above freezing and lows just below it. The climate is dry throughout the year, with the rainiest month of April seeing an average of two inches of rain.

مهدی امینی اهل تبریز سال ۲۰۰۲ و پس از آنکه تحصیلاتش در رشته مهندسی‌ را در دانشگاه تبریز به پایان رساند، راهی اوکراین شد تا در دانشگاه شفچنکو ادامه تحصیل دهد. دو سال بعد همانجا با استادش ازدواج کرد و حالا پس از بیست سال زندگی در این کشور دو فرزند ۱۴ و ۴ ساله دارد. او از جمله معدود ایرانیانی است که نه تنها این روزها در اوکراین مانده که تاکید دارد به محض نیاز و اعلام ارتش این کشور اسلحه به دست خواهد گرفت و برای دفاع از «ارزش‌های دموکراتیک» خواهد جنگید. او می‌گوید آنقدر که «ارزش‌های انسانی و آزادی» برایش مهم است، خاک برایش اهمیت ندارد.
