A traditional family-run tavern serving pub grub providing sports TV screens. A lovely building that I hope lasts unlike so many others in the area.

This is a unique council estate pub with an entrance which almost resembles one of the shops. Council Estate planning schemes included Pubs & this one seems to be camouflaged into the estate itself.

I'm sad to announce that the Ordnance (#Arsenal) pub in #Woolwich, #London, #SE18, has been closed with a repossession notice attached outside. The pub was certainly rough around the edges, but it served an important purpose. The area has heavily declined post its modernization.
